Allow me to introduce myself. I am known as Fairiegreen, it is a name that I have gone by for as long as I can remember. The name came from my fascination with the mythical beings that are alluded to in Celtic folklore, as well as, yep you guessed it, my favorite color.

So who am I-I am a housewife, a mother of four beautiful rowdy children, a full time college student, and an aspiring writer.

My journey to writing began long ago, some would call it ancient history. High school  was my stage, where, now that I look back on it, my teachers were impressed with creativity and did nothing to correct my incorrect writing skills. There was no set way to consider, plots, scenes, etc. We just wrote to the best of our ability.

I put my writing down 17 years ago and did not pick it up again, until I was inspired to by other writers a few months back. I owe them my gratitude, because old and young alike they have become my mentors. They have taught me a lot and continue to do so. They never show their exasperation with my ignorance. And for that I am very grateful.
